- Your firm has its own document address; each client's Book is kept separate.
- No custodian logins, ever. Basefolio reads documents, it does not connect to accounts.
- Every figure links to the page it came from. Corrections are recorded and reversible.
- Request an export or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements and normal backup expiry.
Getting started
- Send a handful of recent documents: last statements, any term sheets, a capital call or two.
- Your first Book is built from them, usually within a week, and you review it with the person who built it.
- From then on, forward documents as they arrive, or let your banks and managers send them directly.
